Reflecting on last Month- April- it has been cool to see what some of the members at the gym have accomplished.
Here are a few of them:
One person hit a personal record for his back squat at 225 pounds for 5 reps. He did this while traveling for work every other work.
Another did his first unassisted pullup
Others were able to lift 75 and 120 lbs and they didn't realize it!
Other people got back into a routine and really starting hitting strides in consistency.
Sometimes its finding the little wins to help keep you going when lift gets busy.
Moving on from a recap, new months like new weeks are a great time to hit the reset button
Everyone falls off track from time to time. Just reset and refocus.
One key thing that always helps is planning.
At the start of the week, get an outline of when you plan to workout and what your basic outline for the week for meals are. It probably won't go to plan 100% of the time but if you keep at it, the more consistent you are, the better the results you will have.
